Revolut launches beta testing in Ukraine: new opportunities for financial freedom

British fintech company Revolut, founded by Ukrainian Vlad Yatsenko, has announced the launch of its app in Ukraine. This launch is an important step in expanding financial opportunities for Ukrainians, as the service becomes available to a limited number of users who have registered earlier.

What does Revolut offer to Ukrainians during the test?

  • Multi-currency accounts: access to over 30 currencies for transactions.
  • International transfers: fast and commission-free.
  • Virtual cards: free cards for payments in more than 150 countries.
  • Standard tariff: no sign-up costs and no hidden fees.

To register an account, Ukrainian users can use the state-owned Diia app, which greatly simplifies the verification process. At the same time, deposits are currently only available via USD or EUR cards due to restrictions imposed by the National Bank of Ukraine.

Ukrainian language in the app: user comfort comes first

Revolut has introduced support for the Ukrainian language in its app, allowing Ukrainians to conduct financial transactions in their native language. This is an important step in ensuring the convenience of users who are forced to adapt to new living conditions.

Support for Ukrainians and charity

The company is actively involved in charitable initiatives. Revolut has raised more than £10 million to help Ukraine, of which £1.5 million was the company's own donation.
