European digital bank Revolut has expanded its services for Ukrainian citizens, becoming the first foreign bank to integrate the possibility of identification through Diia. Now Ukrainians can quickly and conveniently register in the Revolut app using their electronic documents.
How do I register with Revolut in Ukraine via Diia?
The registration process involves verifying your identity using the Diia app. To do this, you need to:
- Send a copy of your ID card or passport via the document sharing function.
- Have an activated Diia.Signature.
- Pass a quick photo verification.
What opportunities do Ukrainian users get?
Revolut offers a number of useful features for its customers, including
- Free international transfers between bank users.
- Currency exchange at a favourable rate.
- Ordering a ‘Clear Sky’ debit card with a unique blue and yellow design.
The ‘Clear Sky’ virtual card can be issued free of charge in Ukraine. For users from the UK and Europe, the physical card is available for a donation of £5 or €5, which goes to support Ukrainian refugees through the UK for UNHCR fund.
