Register a company in the Czech Republic. The peculiarity of Czech legislation is that all types of company activities require governmental licensing. Czech legislation allows simple (free) and complex licenses. It is quite easy to obtain a free license for a Czech company (s.r.o.), because such license does not require any qualification confirmation. Currently, there are 82 simple licenses available. In order to obtain a complex license, it is necessary to prove professional skills in a particular field. If the founder of a Czech company does not have the relevant skills to obtain a complex license, it is possible to conclude a notarised agreement with a responsible person who has the professional experience required to obtain the license. The responsible person does not take part in the management of the Czech company, but only represents the company under the contract for obtaining the license.
