The most popular form for setting up a company in Bulgaria is a limited liability company (LLC).
To open a company in Bulgaria, the name must contain a word or abbreviation that indicates its limited liability.
The minimum authorized capital of a limited liability company is BGN 2. At the time of company registration, if you are planning a business in Bulgaria for foreigners, the authorized capital must be fully paid (deposited into the company's account in a local bank).
