Only investment accounts can be opened with the Austrian bank Euram Bank. Opening a current account in Austria is considered by the bank on an individual basis, subject to a deposit on the account and a minimum number of transactions per month.
Euram Bank adheres to the principle of ‘know your customer’ and reserves the right to request additional documents in each case, which will lead to an increase in the time required to open an account, and may also refuse to open an account without giving any reason.
